Excellent Customer Service
I went to Polokwane Branch to test the mattress and got the best service. The people there know customer service. The guy who was helping me, I forgot his name( A tall, slender and light in complection, showed me all the best beds including the ones in my budget range and gave me the best advice on which one to choose. What an excellent choice he made. Now the reason i didnt buy at the shop, i was supposed to go back on Friday the 28th so couldnt manage so when i went on Saturday and found out that the shop was closed so with panic i went to the online store to buy because i wanted the bed that was on special and since it was towards monthend i thought that ill find them out of stock.

05 Aug 2023, 05:55The person who responded Jan was also friendly and patient as well and checked for me and advised that he'll wait for the payment to reflect and if not he'll send me the bank details so that i can do EFT. Every morning, he was checking and giving me updates, including up to the day, for delivery. The process was very smooth and fast.
