Recently purchased a bed from The Mattress Warehouse and needed to exchange it using their 100-day free trial. The entire process went smoothly, thanks to Tokyo at the Midrand branch, who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

The delivery teams were also outstanding. Tebogo & Gift (first delivery) and Richard & Frans (second). All of them were professional and friendly, making the whole experience hassle-free.

So pleased with the excellent service from The Mattress Warehouse team that we've decided to purchase another bed for the guest bedroom from them as well. Highly recommended!
