Excellent Client Service Received
I would like to commend the mattress warehouse, on the excellent service I received,by Danielle,Quinton and Zaaid.Quinton phoned me today to advise me that the mattresses I ordered were not been delivered, as they were waiting for stock.He then told me that because of the inconvenience that was caused,he would replace my order with upgraded mattresses,which cost more,but I would not be charged any extra costs.The delivery driver, also phoned me to apologize for been late,thereby keeping me the client, in the loop,of the delay.Thanks,for your excellent client service.I will definitely,recommend the mattress warehouse to my family and friends.
