Excellent and Friendly service

Excellent and friendly service. We ordered a mattress online and it was delivered super fast. Unfortunately we placed an order for the wrong size because the base we bought was a Queen XL and we ordered a Queen mattress because the guy at Coricraft told us they make all their bed bases Queen XL but they recommend buying a Queen size mattress for "Interior Decorative Purposes"... When the queen size came it just didn't work though. Our feet were hanging off and our pillows falling off at the top... So I phoned in to ask if they could please help me exchange it for a Queen XL. Thanks to Reagan from the Port Elizabeth Branch, our Queen XL is on the way from the suppliers. Reagan really turned our bad experience into a good one with his friendly, helpful and efficient service.
