Excellent advice and customer service

Excellent customer service, from beginning to end! I placed an online order for a new mattress, but something went wrong on the website and I couldn't complete payment. Ended up using the live chat support to talk to Monique Jordaan, who took over the order, advised me on adding a mattress protector, and was even able to make a last-minute change to the delivery note so that my old mattress was picked up. Would recommend her services again!
