Once again, terrible service and lack of communication. No proper communication about the delivery date, very vague. Then to deal a driver who says he's 10 minutes and 1 minute away for over 1.5 hours. Still awaiting a call from Regional Manager since last year. Seems like the incompetence starts from the top !
