Do not shop here!!!

I’m so disappointed! I went in to purchase a bed at the Durban branch. The bed I wanted wasn’t in stock and I was advised on a “better bed”! That was absolutely not the case. I was sold a ROCK!! Nothing like what I tried out at the shop. I contacted the salesperson, calvin, and said I still had the packaging and didn’t use the bed immediately when it was delivered. He said he would speak to his manager and get back to me, a month later, and I’m still waiting. I unfortunately had to use the bed and still suffering every night! Please do not purchase a bed from here! They are very unhelpful !! Regretting this purchase everyday.

I even explained that I have a 1 year old child and I had two ops on my back- they literally didn’t care. Their return policy is **** because when the bed was unused they ignored my issue and didn’t help at all.
