DISMAL and TERRIBLE service NON reliant and False promises from Mattress Warehouse.

What a frustrating and DISMAL service. I bought a R23k mattress (after having been lief\d to several times of progress on delivery of the initial mattress we ordered that was not right) The only good thing they did was when we did not like the initial mattress, they returned it and we bought the more expensive mattress) from MH during early lockdown. With it I ordered 4 king size pillows. I went in to the shop, showed them the pillows I want, only for MH to have delivered the wrong pillows. After personally going in to the shop, returning the pillows, and ordering the new pillows, I was assured of delivery in 4 to 6 weeks. (This was about July) I waited for 3 months, no word. I phoned to find out what was happening and none of the staff and managers I dealt with was at the shop any longer, so I had to reorder, and got assurance THIS time it will only be 4 weeks. I phoned 2 weeks ago, after waiting about 6 weeks, the staff member i dealt with 6 weeks ago, giving me the assurances, AGAIN was not working at the company any longer and again, NOTHING happened to my order and AGAIN new people I needed to deal with. I have been trying for 2 weeks now to get my refund from MH, and I am being given false promises, the managers are never available to talk to me, and call backs are non existent. I asked for feedback on progress on my refund and no feedback has been given. I want my refund Mattress Warehouse, and your service SUCKS. Not to be recommended to ANYONE.
