Dishonest company

Horrible experience from the mattress warehouse stikland bellville,bought a bed at 23/12/25 7:40 8 am as the website said if i buy before 12 i would get the mattress that day to which the sales person adrian said that yes bt i would need to pay delivery,the website makes no mention of this payment.we agree that it would be delivered today 26/12/25 before 12 and my bed still hasn’t arrived,the sales rep does not respond to my emails and when i phone them they say whole time my bed is on its way yet 5 hours later its still not here
