Disgusting service. Feel ignored. Wont buy from them again.

Almost 3 weeks after payment with no communication my bed was delivered. Now i am waiting forever for them to reply to my email and provide my invoice, since i need my invoice number to register my warranty. Their website has no function so see or download my invoice, and no documentation was included with delivery, except for a page directing me to register my warranty, yet they do not provide me with the details i need to register. I feel ignored, and walked over. Terrible service. Won't buy from them again. Will buy my pillow elsewhere. Disgusting.
