Disappointed and Hurt by the terrible service
I have had the worst customer experience with this company, and I am not certain what next to do to get the bed I ordered almost 2 months ago now. I have followed every instruction they have me and there seems to be no respect given back to me. I just called now and was advised I'd be put through to someone who would help, instead the line was cut in my ear. This is no way to treat people, let alone a customer who has paid you in full. Beyond disappointed and quiet frankly hurt by such treatment.

24 Sept 2020, 09:49If I can tell you that after your reply on my hellopeter review with the promise to have my delivery done Monday the 21st STILL NOT FULFILLED, you wouldn't wonder why I'm this disappointed. Received a call from a guy at your offices, overly promised even said "I will personally call you on Monday to confirm delivery!". That call never came, no message, not so much as an email. I'm not even frustrated anymore, I'm just shocked at how today is Thursday yet here we are STILL... How sad is that? Do better guys come on. Surely it's not that hard, y'all already established, now just do the work you started this for. Still waiting...
