Deplorable service - This is theft/*****

I cannot believe the deplorable service. This order was placed on 23 July, was never fulfilled or delivered and I am yet to receive my refund. I have been trying for almost two months now to finalize this process, with no direct communication from the company. I have had to follow up from my side every step. After requesting a refund for several weeks I finally received a reply. The person requested several documents and proofs which is already ridiculous. I provided all but still no refund. I have requested a status update several times with no response. It is now 11 days since I last had a reply and still no refund. What has happened to this company? Do I need to lay a case of theft and ***** with SAPS? Unfortunately that seems to be my only option. I have given them more than enough time to resolve this. I will now have to revert to the law.
