Deplorable after sales service

Myself and my father drove all the way to George branch as I had to take off from work as they are not open on the weekends to have a feel and look and Mattresses.

We arrived and had a pleasant experience, but that was where it ended.

We asked for a specific mattress cover, which we did not receive with our delivery and I requested what we had ordered. They wanted us to use the beds without the mattress protectors and thus lose our 100 day return policy...not going to happen.

I used the wrong ones as we had to sleep somewhere on something and that was at home on our NEW mattresses which we paid over R23000 for.

I have asked and followed up MULTIPLE times and LACK of service and communication is at hand every day and the norm. I still have not received my correct protectors and still no follow up e-mail from Simonè. I have warned the people I referred to buy from them to avoid them at all costs as they cannot get an order correct and the after sales support is **********.

1st and last time with them.
