Delivery Long Overdue

I placed an order online for a bed 4 weeks ago (18/05) and I still have not received my order yet. Two weeks post my order, I received a phone call from a young man calling from your Bellville branch assuring me that they had indeed received my order, and that they were still awaiting on the arrival of the product from their supplier. Well it has been two weeks post the phone call and I am still waiting for my delivery.

I have tried contacting your Bellville branch using the details enlisted on your website. Interestingly the email address provided doesn't work, and the phone number enlisted has a bad connection line. As for your head office, no one has ever picked up any of the 6 calls I have made to them thus far.
