Delivery delay and recovery

This would have been a 1 star review because of how long it has taken to finally get my bed and how little communication there was regarding the suppliers location in Johannesburg meaning it would probably take longer than the 10-15 days the website and sales agent said.

The reason it is actually 4 stars is because Garth, his delivery team and another lady I spoke to (I don’t remember her name unfortunately) were able to get the bed, base and mattress to me today and I know that they made a plan because it probably wasn’t going to be here on time. I was quite frustrated with the delay and was at the point of cancelling the entire order but they were all kind, helpful and willing to help get it done.

The delivery guys were also amazing, they climbed and carried the mattress and base up 3 flights of stairs and got the base together (the hydraulic part needed to be clipped together) and moved it into place for me which I really appreciated.
