Defective product showed defects in service

We ordered a bed from the Mattress Warehouse at the Centurion showroom. We were informed they would deliver and then assemble the bed for us, however, we ran into a number of issues. The delivery crew didn't communicate about the time, and when they finally did show up, they just dropped the unassembled pieces and left. When we tried to assemble the bed, we found that some of the pieces were warped beyond use. We struggled to get in contact with anyone until one of the managers, Sandy, called us back. She was incredibly helpful and understanding, but it was a week of poor communication from the rest of the organization and people giving us the runaround before Sandy managed to arrange for us to get a refund. We are still waiting for them to pick up the defective product.
