Dedicated service from Jimmy

We were looking for a new mattress and visited several bed shops in Polokwane. Jimmy assisted us at TheMattressWarehouse and we experienced a person with a solid knowledge of products, as well as a lot of patience with clients. After several visits to TMW and viewing mattresses on their website, we decided on a specific mattress. The mattress of our choice was not available and we opted for an alternative mattress. The mattress was delivered at our residence within an hour as promised(a big thank you for the delivery team for being prompt). Unfortunately the delivered mattress was slightly damaged and we decided to return it and request a refund. Throughout the whole process of us choosing, buying, returning and refund for the mattress, Jimmy provided excellent assistance and placed a high priority on client satisfaction. Finally, thank you to Head Office who refunded us within a week.
