Customer wins......last place medal

I went to the Mattress Warehouse in Pretoria (Route 21) to buy a bed with a headboard and pedestals. At first only one single base (king size requires two single bases) was quoted for and after paying initially, we had to make a second payment for the second base days later. The staff informed us that for the headboard and pedestals they did not have stock on the floor and had to order it (some internal thing going on at the time with management). This took about a week and when the pedestals arrived they were different colours. So the staff asked me via email whether I am willing to accept it like that. I rep**** no and they sent the stock back. So a few days later I was informed they can deliver the correct stock for me on the Saturday. However upon delivery the headboard was not the correct material that we ordered and we only let them offload the bed. (We only paid for the bed at least). The company was phoned on the spot to inform them of the problem and they said it will be corrected. The following week I sent two emails through that went unanswered. So eventually I gave up. Highly disappointed in the lack of a basic service that could have easily been delivered with better results.
