Customer Service at The Mattress Warehouse Durban

I have just received my Cloud9 bed from The Mattress Warehouse Durban. I can not rate the bed yet, but the service received from a sales lady Luelle Birbal was excellent. She was very knowledgeable on all her products and explained the guarantee and warranty to me. In the end they did not have my mattress on the floor and she manage to find me one and delivered it in 2 days. I was not the easiest client to please and had a list of questions and demands and she sorted me out quickly and very friendly and efficiently. Nothing was an issue for her. Her customer service was outstanding and I can recommend her and the Mattress warehouse without hesitation. Thank you for a great service. Nella
