Couch no show after weeks !
This is the first time that I have ordered from the Mattress Warehouse and I am so disappointed in their service. I ordered a sleeper couch from them on the 13/01/2026 and today is 20/02/2026. Granted that I was aware that the couch would take some few weeks to complete . However I received a call on 03/02/2026 with the agent from The Mattress Warehouse telling me that my couch would be delivered sometime that week. Was the couch delivered ? No ! I tried to follow up on WhatsApp and the agent was not able to give me feedback so I call the same agent that told me the couch would be delivered that week and the explanation was that she never said I would get the couch that week but anytime from then. I’m so tired of waiting for this couch , it’s been close to a month of me waiting and I’m starting to think I’m not going to get it . Worse that your WhatsApp agents cannot even give feedback or updates on our orders .

From what I understand , you were experiencing delays with your suppliers, so it’s not about the turn around time. Anyway the couch was delivered yesterday afternoon and guess what! ITS FAULTY!!!
The guys who delivered it ( as patient as they were) could not assemble the right arm of the couch as the measurements are off.
So on top of waiting for this couch for weeks, it’s finally here and it’s faulty. Are you now going to take another 4-6 weeks to resolve this issue ?
