COMPLAINT ALWAYS ANSWERED WITH "BUZZ WORDS " AND " SPIN "
Whenever a COMPLAINT is lodged , their DEFAULT answer is " go buy a mattress topper " . Their complaint is never fully investigated . Their resonse is always HOLLOW , and is always answered with the BUZZ words " we are sorry " / " we sincerely apologise "/ sorry for the inconvenience " . This "SPIN " is not good enough for the customer . " WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE" You can do far better than this .
