Communication is required

Frustrating unfortunately. My order was delayed for a month (the supplier still thinks loadshedding is a valid excuse), which can be forgiven if it wasn't for the fact that there was no communication during this delay. Just an outbox full of unanswered emails begging for information and eventually after a number of phone calls reaching a sales agent.

The delivery team redeemed it slightly by being efficient and phoning me more times during the day to schedule delivery than the sales team did in a month. Shoutout to Justin and Bradley in the driving crew.
