I purchased a mattress online, big mistake as i made the error on not reading the small print.... Therefore when it came to exchanging the mattress, after just one nights uncomfortable sleep, as the mattress was way too hard, not as advertised (gentle firm) I spoke to AK at Randburg Warehouse who went to a great effort to try assist me..thank you..end result i have to keep the mattress due to legalities..
