Caution When Ordering from The Mattress Warehouse
I would advise potential customers to exercise caution when ordering from The Mattress Warehouse. The product images displayed on their website do not accurately reflect what is delivered.
Two months ago, I ordered two Artifex Steel Cupboards (Two Tone Ivory) advertised as fully assembled units. Instead, I was sent two flat-pack boxes requiring self-assembly. The items delivered were not only inconsistent with the website images, but also noticeably flimsy and of inferior quality. This is entirely unacceptable.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue over the past two months, I have yet to receive the correct products—or even a basic apology.
Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and poor customer service has left me with no intention of ordering from them again.

As a result, some aspects of the current units may differ from earlier marketing materials. We acknowledge that this transition could have been communicated more clearly and regret any confusion caused.
