Can't deliver their promises!!!!

I've always been a happy client. However the treatment that I am getting from you guys is absolutely nonsense. Its super annoying that I have to beg you guys for something that I have paid more than 10 days ago and it is still not deliver. All promises that you guys have made have come to nothing! I have been calling everyday and your people keeps on making promises and nothing is done. I can't be wasting my time and money by calling you guys every day. Its absolutely nonsense. VERY VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER! I NEED THIS TO BE SOLVED IMMEDIATELY
