Cancellation Policy

Absolute nightmare dealing with them. There is a 14 day cancellation policy to return items purchased from them, regardless of the reason for it being returned. The Manager, I believe it is a Mr. Anthonio Booysen at the Port Elizabeth Branch is dragging his feet to allow the items, purchased to be returned. It is now 6 days later since I informed them of my intention to return the items purchased and I am still waiting. Totally unacceptable.
