Beware of False Advertising

On google ads the advert reads Edblo Aranos Mattress | Free Nationwide Delivery There is no reference to ts&cs apply to Free Nationwide Delivery When I checkout it then charges me a fee, which I then queried via the online chat on the website, I ask the question and the young lady that assisted me in a very professional manner tells me she is waiting on the manager, after 25 min I still do not have an answer, I ask if I will get an answer and she says the manager is busy with a client and she will have to mail me back, which she does an hour later telling me that they cannot do free delivery as I am 30km out of the 100km radius for free delivery, refers me to their delivery ts&cs. I do not have a problem with this but I have a problem with the false advertising in their google ad. Disappointed and told them I will take my business elsewhere. For R287 they lost a client for good!
