Best Support Advisor and service

I contacted the oline support team yesterday, as I am in the market for a specific pillow. What an incredile experience that was!! I was lucky enough to get in touch with Monique. She went out of her way to assist and give advice. She helped me with the best advise on each enquiry I had. Monique, your service is really the best... one is almost to scared to speak to consultants these days as mostly they are just there to sell anything to you, whether it is what your needs are or not. But Monique went the extra mile. Well done Mattress Warehouse!! She is a keeper!
