Best service I've ever received!

<p>I would just like to take the opportunity to thank Sandy for all her efforts in getting my bed to my new apartment within record time.</p> <p>She has the calmest, most kind demeanor over the phone and when I called on Friday afternoon at around 3, asking if they had received my online order as I needed it to be delivered on Monday in Durban at my new apartment, she promised to give me a call back before close of business - I've come to doubt people in customer care promises - but to my surprise she came back to me.</p> <p>on Monday morning I gave a call first thing and again, to my surprise she was already working on getting my bed to my apartment, I could start driving from Joburg and have a bed to sleep on by the time I got there!</p> <p>throughout my journey, Sandy kept me up to date with the whereabouts of my bed. </p> <p>Sandy, you are an absolute gem, thank you so much! </p> <p>PS. The bed is pretty amazing too and thus, I'm only doing a review today! </p> <p> </p> <p>C</p>
