Best Service for 2018

I ordered a King size Sealy bed from Mattress Warehouse. The sales agent , Bonnie, was a super star. She answered all my questions, gave me technical advice, communicated with me constantly, got back to me within minutes of me sending an email with queries and has exceptional customer service. he bed was delivered as indicated. The 2 gentlemen from the warehouse in Durban were extremely professional and also exhibited fantastic customer service. The delivered the bed, set it up for me, collected the extra packaging and disposed of it for me. This has been the best service that I have received. Moving house is not easy so its an expectation for service providers to be efficient and the mattress warehouse shows efficiency and professionalism. Well Done to all of you.
