I had ordered the 3 buglock plus mattress enca*****ts online but due to the holiday season, the factory was closed and stock would only arrive the next year. Spoke to Sandy from the durban branch who went over and above and helped us. She was so helpful in getting the order in one week. As soon as the stock arrived she called us to give us the good news. I would recommend the mattress warehouse anytime. Best service ever.
