I just wanted to take a moment to commend Jackie Manamela at your Boksburg branch. I ordered a mattress online for my mother but changed my mind and rather bring her in to try them and select one. Jackie went out of her way to accommodate the change.

When we came in, the friendliest sales consultant I've ever met greeted us. She was super energetic and helpful. It was a large part of the reason that I actually chose a more expensive mattress.

Overall, this was one of the best sales experiences I've ever had. Jackie is an asset to your company.
