Bed Paid for but not delivered and failure to get hold of the Store
Totally disappointed with the Mattress Warehouse Midrand Paid for an upgrade bed in full and have not received the bed over a week, with no communication from any staff especially the Indian manager "Chantal" whom is absolutely unfit to be a so called manager , whom has an attitude taking my contact number about 3 times already and not getting back to me. It is Indian people of these nature whom gets a status and position in a company but has no customer service s****s and no respect. I cannot get hold of anyone at this branch as their lines are engaged the entire day Rather buy beds from Dial-a-bed or a much more reputable mattress company
