Bad service and misrepresentation of product

Bad customer service and misrepresentation of product. I wanted to purchase a Foregeron Luxury bedset as illustrated on their website and classified as Medium comfort for R7999. When I went into their one showroom I was told this is no longer the case as the bed has been changed and if I want the medium comfort bed I would have to pay R9299 for it, despite their website showing a different bed. I asked repeatedly of the sales lady Nadine who I was dealing with to sort it out and call me back, which she didn't do. She then said Eben their manager would call me back soon, and he didn't until the following day, making several excuses that he was busy with a customer. I said he could have taken out one minute to call me. He then went onto say that the medium comfort was up to the customer despite their website meticulously classifying each bed as firm, medium or plush. They lost me as a customer. They did not care at all.
