Bad service and bad mattresses from the Mattress Warehouse in Irene

We bought 2 mattresses from the Mattress Warehouse in Irene, last year.

The last few months, I had a lot of aches and muscle spasms when I got up in the morning and after a lot of physio my physiothe****** suggested I must look at buying a new mattress and I said that it can't be the mattress, I bought the mattress last year!

But I decided to try another mattress and after 2 days the pains in my legs and back started disappearing. On 16/09/2018 I have send the Mattress Warehouse an email to lodge a complaint and to date no one has even contacted me. The sides of the 2nd mattress that we bought from the Mattress Warehouse last year has also sagged a lot. We paid a lot of money for these mattresses and it is very disappointing that something is wrong with these mattresses after such a short time and that nobody from the Mattress Warehouse even have the decency to contact us.
