Bad service

I bought online (selected Montana store) my kids 2 mattresses and paid in full, that is 27 October 2025. On purchase the delivery projection was 1-2 business days, however no delivery or communication. I have called 5 times and I keep on being transferred to online or someone online whereby the phone rings and no one answers. The mattresses are needed as my kids are sleeping on the floor and we need to move house.

All the agents do not even want to listen, they just transfer the call without attempting to assist. Why cant the branch know when my order can be delivered, the Montana branch claims that they do not have access to the online platform.

I need the mattresses as I paid in full and the delivery date on the website was 2 business days.

I am not happy at all with the service and frustrated.
