Bad Service

Service is not great at all. I've ordered a mattress online and paid immediately. The order was processed and sent to the Pretoria branch. I've requested a few times of when the mattress will be delivered no answer from the Pretoria side. I've called them today and the gentlemen promised he'll come back to me, well I am still waiting. My partner phoned the gentlemen remembered speaking to me and said to him he will check the stock and come back we are still waiting. I've really expected better service.
