Bad luck

Keep in mind I had an unlucky experience. Manufacturer never processed our order.

We decided to do the lazy thing and not go to every bed shop. I used the store's chat system and Gift was assigned as my retail assistant. A very nice lady.

I had a mattress in mind, but Gift's advice steered us away from it and she was not trying to up sell, which felt nice. My wife and I in the end decided that we wanted a more long term mattress so we went with something compeletly different. My only problem regarding Gift's service was once or twice I had to follow up with her although going through the site's messaging system she would reply instantly and help were she could. I believe the reason she did not communicate promptly was because of communication with the manufacturer which broke down a bit and she was waiting on them. Unfortunately I like getting bad news as it comes 4.5/5

Gift saw that she had to escalate the matter, so Sandy gave me a call Friday after 5pm. Also a very nice lady, which said that she wanted to give it to me straight and that they were waiting for delivery of the mattress, but our mattress was not on the truck. All in all the manufacturer dit not process the order at all. Sandy told me that she would be on them, but that she felt that rushing the production of a mattress is never a good idea. She kept me in the loop throughout the process and we got our mattress in 4-5 days and she threw in couple of pillows as a gift to say sorry. 5/5

Delivery went like clockwork. Tisetso and Mpho were awesome. Nice and fast. It took like 5 minutes and they were gone. 5/5

Unfortunately I can't give you a 5, because an improvement could be made, but I would gladly give your service a 4.5

This review could so easily have gone the other way. Good job guys pulling it back
