Bad experience turned to exceptional - thanks KG!
Our order was apparently not processed from an online booking. Repeated calls to rectify this problem were met with indifference. Enter KG! He was the epitome of professionalism and promised to have the bed delivered the next day. It was! And KG followed up all the way. This man is an asset to your organisation, give that man a Bells!
