Bad Customer Experience No refund

I am disgusted with this company they present false advertising on Facebook, misleading and does not want to refund their clients.I purchased a bed set on line on the 3rd July with an estimated delivery of 5-7 days. After 7 days I called to find out the status of my purchase I was told that it is still processing and the person responsible for the sale with contact me and guess what it never happened. A week later I called to follow up and I was told that the bed set I purchased is in Polokwane only to be told that in fact it is a different one and I told them I do not want it, am comfortable with the one I wanted. Ruth and Katlego called me to convince me to take the bed I did not want and my answer was still no, eventually they told me that they will give me my money back after to almost three weeks from the date of purchase. On the 23rd July was given a refund form and I sent it back was told that they process their refunds on Fridays of which in my case I was told that I will receive the money on the 31st. On the 29th I called Ruth to send me a confirmation letter for the refund and she told me that the refund was loaded and still did not receive a confirmation letter. The staff do not know how to manage customer experience and they provide false advertising on the Internet. They run a mediocre company and one person does not know what the other is doing.
