Bad customer care

I requested for a quote for 6 base bed set and they gave me a quote for mattresses but thr pictures they sent me were of a bed set and they never explained to me that they sell it differently. So I paid thinking its a bed set than my clienr complains complains, I got back to them and they are refusing to acknowledge their mistake Sandy Coetzee the manager is protecting Nadine Coetzee in all costs. Because I have to payfor the delivery and pick up of the remaining order. We shoukd be sharing costs coz it was their fault as welll they never fully explained. The service is bad, I wouldnt recommened anyone to buy from them. When their staff is wrong the blame is shifted to the client. The ******** that is full the of the Coetzee is clouding their judgement.<br> Very very very poor service. Im beyond angry, im livid. People should stop buying from them. This day light *******!
