Bad after sales service from manager

I am very disappointed with the customer service of the manager at Cape Town branch. He promises to get back to you but never does. He is forever busy with customers and says they are short staffed that is why he does not get back to you the customer. I leave messages for him to call me but the call is never returned. I purchased a bed set earlier this year and this is how he treats his after service customers all that matters is the sale.
