Awful service
I'm extremely disappointed with this company’s delivery and communication. My order, placed on April 25th, still hasn't arrived 11 days later (excluding holidays). The website doesn't provide any updates, and I've had to take time out of my schedule to call them multiple times.
The lack of communication and updates is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect better. Until mattress warehouse improves their delivery times and communication, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Didn’t even meet the delivery time frame 🚮 The overall service is appalling
