AVOID THIS COMPANY! THERE ARE BETTER BEDS & SERVICE OUT THERE...
Poor service. Herm**** staff are half-dead. No stock of ordered item, so upgraded to better mattress. They had lots of excuses and could not keep to promised delivery dates and times and wasted our precious time. Had to escalate to top and cancel a R25k order. Still waiting for refund!!!!!! Empty promises on several emails. Ordered R43k bed from their competitor instead.
