AVOID THIS COMPANY

avoid this company, they have no customer service skills at all, you message on whats app you get an initial reply then nothing else... ordered a bed on 18th august and still waiting, emailed customer service, contacted store, and NOTHING... they advertise and say delivery within 3 to 5 business days, well after one month still nothing, but there website still says 3 to 5 days... Jan i have spoken with on whats app, on 2nd september and still waiting a reply. this company HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ONE WILL GIVE YOU ANY UPDATE! they take your money and dont deliver and then dont reply.. i even went to the store after i traveled from the UK to Capetown and they said they would call me 3 days later , over a week later NO REPLY!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO A COMPANY THAT HAS VALUES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERS WHEN THEY ADVERTISE ....
