Avoid at all cost - *********** practice
Sad, unfortunate and hopeless - this is all I can say! I phoned to confirm they had a certain mattress brand in stock and was assured that yes and that to speed delivery I must order online. I did this. They promised delivery in between 1 and 3 days. Here we are 8 days later and they are still unable to deliver the required product as they did not have it in stock. I think this is a really poor, unreliable and most of all dishonest business practice.

16 Nov 2022, 16:31Thank you - however, the order clearly indicates 1-3 business days - I have the processed order open in front of me so your website and your order processing don't match - that's your problem to sort out.
