ASK FOR SANDY

I ordered a bed through the Maitland branch and was told I'd receive it within 10 business days - and then was left uncontacted. I called multiple times and was handed over to multiple people that couldn't tell me when my mattress would arrive. Eventually I got hold of a women named Sandy, and let's just say I think if I got a hold of her sooner - all my problems would have been solved a lot quicker. What a good experience to deal with such a service-driven, friendly and helpful employee. She liaised with myself and the factory and organized for my mattress to be delivered ASAP, and even organized delivery for the evening so that I could still get it on the day that she promised, despite the factory taking longer to manufacture than they said they would. If you want to get something done at The Matress Warehouse - ASK FOR SANDY. Needless to say from here on out, Sandy will be my go-to person when dealing with TMW
