Amazing Customer Service!

This company has the most outstanding customer service I've ever experienced. Specifically, I'd like to shout out for Amier, who kept me updated since the beginning of my order. And after I realised the bed base I purchased doesn't fit into my headboard (due to the wingback, which is also my own fault). Amier managed to replace a brand new storage bed base for me. I don't know how he made the final approval, but it says a lot that this is a 100% customer-first team, and I would definitely place another order from them and recommend to everyone!
