After ordering my new bed set, i was informed that the base was out of stock at their warhouse

After ordering my new bed set, i was informed that the base was out of stock at their warhouse. But instead of delaying my order Sboniso contacted me with solutions based on my timeline and needs which was appreciated. Even though i opted for the delay to get the base i ordered it still arrived in record time and i was kept in the loop every step of the way rught up to delivery day. Sboniso and Victor also did a fantastic job navigating the delivery and getting my new bed into its final form. And having the option to donate your old bed is also a very welcome and appreciated extra. All round 10/10
