To the The Mattress Warehouse and people at Kooi Beds: My husband and I ordered a KOOI bed + mattress and placed the order online on January 9, expecting delivery in 4-6 weeks as they were out of stock at the time. Instead, It took three months to arrive, after repeated unanswered calls and emails. When it finally came, the bed was not assembled, so after painstakingly trying to assemble the bed ourselves we discovered that the mattress was the wrong size—king instead of king extra length.

After four months since ordering, and a promised upgrade, still nothing. The Mattress Warehouse even went as far as sending out a driver to come and see the issue for himself, took measurements because they didn’t believe our photographic evidence or our abilities to measure a mattress, he confirmed that the bed is the wrong size and he left without replacing the mattress.

The people from KOOI have also not come back with any answers after Robbie said that he would even replace the one we ordered with an upgrade if it’s still unavailable. Thats was over 3 weeks ago.

We are highly disappointed in the service we’ve received so far, and we do not recommend your services to our friends or family. We expect immediate action.
